COVID-19 UPDATE (published 5th August 2021)

Masks required to be worn in store by staff and customers as per recommendations from State government and SA Health. We classify as public domain retail.

WE ARE CLOSED ON WEDNESDAYS

Please check in on arrival using the QR code available or the manual log by the entrance.

Restrictions may be lifted however we will still be required to adhere to an in store limit of 20 persons and require all customers to use the sanitiser provided upon entry.

Our opening hours are Monday/Tuesday/Friday 10-5, Thursday 12-7, Saturday 9-5  for walk in customers Brides & bridal parties need to make an appointment please at all times. Closed Wednesdays.

DOWNSTAIRS FORMAL/BLACK TIE COLLECTION
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic limits apply to how many individuals can be in store at any one time. We have a limit of 20 people downstairs and 8 upstairs. When the shop becomes busy we do lock the door to control numbers, our apologies for the inconvenience but sometimes there may be a waiting period on busy days. We do this to adhere to restrictions and help keep our customers and staff safe and confident during their shopping experience. We have a covid marshall in store on Saturdays.
 
VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL PATRONS
  •  Numbers allowed in store are limited. We kindly request customers do not bring several guests, friends and/or family members to appointments. Brides/Bridal party department numbers are limited to 7 attendees per group. Formal department numbers are limited to 3 attendees for entire group per appointment/shopping experience. This is absolutely essential as some appointments may over lap and we are only allowed a MAX of 25 persons in store at any time. If you do bring more people to your appointment they may not be allowed to come into the building.
  • Sanitiser is provided upon entry to the store as well as different places within the store. We kindly ask customers to use the sanitiser provided.
  • Social distancing will be observed by our staff members and we strongly encourage all appointment attendees to reciprocate.
  • Hygiene standards are of utmost importance to us and are strictly observed. Please be mindful and courteous regarding personal hygiene standards in store and when trying on our beautiful product.
  • We reserve the right to ask anyone entering the store to sanitise, wash hands and socially distance from each other, staff and other customers.
  • If you have any cold or flu like symptoms please do not come into the store and make another time for the safety of all other customers and staff
  • We reserve the right to ask anyone entering the store displaying cold or flu like symptoms to leave and make a time for another day.
 
BRIDAL/BRIDEMAIDS APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
  • Appointments required Saturday for all customers
  • Time slots are as follows: 9am, 10:15am, 11:30am, 12:45pm, 2pm, 3:15pm, 4:00pm
  • Appointments are 1hr 15 mins long. Please be mindful of your appointment time frame and understanding and respectful of the following customer booking arriving.
